Presentation Guidelines & Judging Criteria




Guidelines for Booth & Poster Presentation
BOOTH SETUP

Each booth is approximately 3 feet (width) by 1.5 feet (length) (3'x1.5').

Provisions by the organizer includes:

Table 1 unit
-
Chair 1 unit
-
1 bunting stand (shared front and back)
-

Participants can bring any other provisions deemed necessary for the exhibition, but they should be placed within their booth space.

Participants are responsible for the safety of their own stuff.
-
Participants may include other materials such as brochures, fliers, previous awards, certificates, letter of accreditation, published research articles, slides, etc.
-
If participant were to use a laptop for presentation, please make sure your battery is fully charged prior the competition, as electrical power sockets are not provided.
POSTER PRESENTATION

The proposed size of the bunting is 3'x4'.

The poster should contain the following information:
-
Project title
-
Details of team leader and team members
-
Abstract
-
Objectives
-
Novelty
-
Commercialization potential
-
Benefits to society, and
-
Any other suitable information
-

The organizer provided only 1 bunting stand, however, the participants may bring their own bunting stand.



Judging Criteria
The presentation duration is set to 15 minutes, which includes time for a Q&A session. It's important for presenters to manage their time wisely to cover all essential information within this limit. In addition, your project will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
