Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all interested participants.

  2. Group Composition: Each group may have a maximum of four (4) members, including the leader.

  3. Additional Members: An extra fee of RM10 per person will be charged for additional members beyond the group limit. 

  4. Category Selection: Participants must select a category that aligns with their eligibility, such as organizations, professionals, students, or international participants.

  5. Registration Process: Registration must be completed online via the 2I2C website.

  6. Multiple Projects: Participants may register multiple projects; however, a separate registration form must be submitted for each project. 

  7. Application Discretion: The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing justification. 

  8. Payment Validation: Registration is deemed valid only upon receipt of payment. 

  9. The following activities are strictly prohibited: 

    • Duplicating others’ work or plagiarism

    • Using the work of other participants

    • Falsifying data or notes

    • Engaging in piracy

    • Provoking public sensitivity or including content that contravenes moral, public health, or welfare standards

  10. Payment Obligations: Upon acceptance and confirmation of the registration by the organizing committee, participants must pay the total fees within the specified timeframe. Refer to the provided link for payment method details.

  11. Fee Policy: Fees must be paid according to the registered category. Fees are non-refundable.

  12. Notification of Changes: Any changes in the names or number of participants must be communicated no later than two weeks before the competition date.

  13. Project Title and Category: Changes to the project title and category are not permitted after the registration closing date.

  14. Scoring Criteria: Participants will be evaluated based on predetermined criterias.

  15. Certificates: A digital certificate of participation and award, indicating the names of the leader and group members, will be provided.

  16. Final Results: All results are final; no correspondence regarding the results will be entertained.

  17.  Liability: The panel of judges and the organizing committee shall not be held liable for any issues arising from or connected to the competition results.
